
First, be sure the Style pop-up (middle right) is set to “Mailing Labels.” Next click the “Layout” button just below that. Everyone forgets to do it once in a while, even when he knows better. Otherwise, when you go to print, you won’t be able to print labels for the whole group. It is very important that you click on the name of the group. Step 3: Click on the name of the group, then go to File and Print. If the label is wrong click the Edit button and fix it. The Home address should have a “Home” label next to it, for example. Step 2: Be sure that the addresses in your group are labeled properly. Rename the group (double-click on its name) and you are ready for Step 2.
